Terry T Music provides entertainment for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, galas, anniversaries, cocktail hours, dinners, receptions, and other special events.
What performance options do you offer?
There are three primary options:
- Solo Sax — Live saxophone with professionally produced backing tracks.
- Sax + DJ — Live saxophone combined with DJ services for a flexible experience that can move from background music to dancing.
- ALL U NEED — A full live band experience for clients looking for the energy and impact of live musicians and vocalists.
How do I know which option is best for my event?
- If you want elegant live music with selections planned in advance, Solo Sax is usually the best fit.
- If you want more flexibility throughout the event and music that can adapt to the crowd, choose Sax + DJ.
- If you want the energy and presence of a full live music experience, choose ALL U NEED.
- If you're unsure, send the event details through the inquiry form and we'll help you determine the best option.
Do you take song requests?
Yes. Song requests are welcome, and Terry T Music has an extensive song catalog covering smooth jazz, R&B, soul, funk, pop, hip-hop, gospel, and more.
Special requests outside the current song list may also be available with sufficient advance notice.
Can you perform a special song for our wedding or event?
Absolutely. First dances, ceremony selections, entrance songs, anniversary songs, and other meaningful selections can often be prepared specifically for your event.
Advance notice is recommended for custom song requests.
Do you provide your own sound system?
Yes. Professional sound equipment can be provided based on the performance option, venue, event size, and production requirements.
If your venue or DJ is already providing professional sound, Terry can also coordinate with them when appropriate.
Can Terry perform with the DJ we already hired?
Yes. Terry frequently works alongside professional DJs and can coordinate directly with your DJ for entrances, featured songs, cocktail hour, dinner music, or dance-floor saxophone.
Does Sax + DJ include both saxophone and DJ services?
Yes. Sax + DJ combines live saxophone and DJ services into one entertainment experience, allowing the music to transition naturally throughout your event.
Does Sax + DJ include emcee services?
Basic event announcements and introductions can typically be included. If your event requires extensive emcee responsibilities, a detailed program, or formal hosting, include that information with your inquiry so it can be incorporated into the event plan.
How large is the ALL U NEED band?
The size and configuration of ALL U NEED can vary depending on the event, venue, budget, and desired experience. Typical configurations may include saxophone, vocalists, keyboards, bass, drums, and other musicians as appropriate.
Do you travel outside the Austin area?
Yes. Terry T Music performs throughout Central Texas and travels for events throughout Texas and beyond.
Travel fees may apply depending on distance, schedule, lodging, transportation, and production requirements.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weddings, corporate events, holiday events, and popular weekend dates.
Availability is not guaranteed until your agreement and required deposit have been received.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the performance option, duration, location, event type, production requirements, and any additional musicians or services requested.
Starting rates are listed on the website, and a customized quote will be provided after your event details are reviewed.
What is required to reserve a date?
Once the event details and pricing are confirmed, a signed agreement and deposit are typically required to officially reserve your date.
What happens after I book?
We'll confirm the event details, music preferences, timeline, venue information, and any special requests. For events requiring additional coordination, Terry can also work directly with your planner, venue, DJ, or other event professionals.

Yes. Visit the Song List page to explore available selections. If you don't see a song you're looking for, include it with your inquiry and we'll let you know whether it can be added.
